In the present study, a series of terminal ballistics numerical analysis and experiments were performed to investigate the process for explosion load drive the based-water extinguisher dispersed. In the Numerical simulation, for the representative fire extinguishing warhead, the simulation model was built, The variety rule between the loading coefficient (drive charge divide liquid mass) and the breach time on shell, the loading coefficient and the speed of liquid-air interface at the shell breach initially phase was respectively obtained on the results from calculation of Ls-Dyna program. For the availability of simulation data in numerical computation, the confirmatory tests on the same condition was done, the result between experiment and numerical simulation was consistent. It was indicated that the numerical simulation method was correct and available.
