Abstract :
100 microns pitch coordinate detectors based on semi- insulating gallium arsenide with low values of dark current were developed. The detecting modules for scanning x-ray systems with the spatial resolution 5 Ip/mm are developed and tested. The developed modules can become a basis for digital mammographs.
