Abstract :
The stamping process analysis of stainless steel cover was made, its stamping process program was determined, the blanking and deep drawing composite mold was designed and the stamping equipment was selected. Different from general metal deep drawing, stainless steel is hard and sticky; it would have serious cold hardening in deep drawing, easy to produce mucosal. By taking reasonable deep drawing process measures, we have produced a high quality deep drawing products. Practice shows that the process program used was reasonable, mold design proper, equipment selection reliable and deep drawing process measures appropriate. The product quality and mold life have been increased, working conditions improved and good economic and social benefits achieved.
