Abstract
A simple and inexpensive circuit for the detection of small amplitude, short duration fluctuations in line voltage is presented. The circuit consists of a double pole high-pass filter, monostable multivibrator, and opto-coupler/isolator. The application of this circuit to improving conventional neutron detection is discussed
