In the paper, the fifth-order fKdV equation was researched with pseudo-spectral method. With the results, we can get some conclusion about the effect of the different bottom and surface tension on surface wave. The equation involves a balance between non-linearity and dispersion at leading-order and the effect of the bottom. The PS method based on function approach is the successful, and often superior, alternatives one, in the numerical simulation, for its small aliasing error, and the method used spectral disperse (Fourier transform) treatment of the space dependence together with a difference scheme in time, in the paper; we implement the pseudo-spectral method with Matlab software, And it is convenience to program with the Matlab for the pseudo-spectral method for the PDE equation.
