Abstract
The proposal of the concept of "low carbon" makes the building design have to use more closely in building materials on the architectural form of regional integration. This paper analyzes the characteristics and situation of the lower building energy consumption in China and the presents specific measures of achieving "low carbon".In particular, it proposes the necessity of the application of the new wall materials in our country. The main existing problems around the Application of new-type wall materials and influence of the "low carbon" economy, launches a wide-ranging and in-depth discussion, having a certain theoretical significance in order to promote the building energy conservation under the new situation.
