Abstract
This paper introduces an ancient ruin system which can be used to organize and present ancient ruins data, providing 3D spatial analysis, visualization, interactive roaming and path animation. In order to perform real-time rendering of massive data, we present a novel method to compute layout of large triangle meshes. The system is successfully used in "six-horse carriage for the emperor" horse and chariot pits ruin simulation.
