Abstract
In recent years, various institutions have studied ITS. There are many services in ITS, for example, ETC, VICS, AHS and AVCSS and so on. However, AHS and AVCSS are necessary for inter-vehicle communication. We propose a communication protocol for the inter-vehicle communication system. The proposed system configures a dynamic CDMA network. In a dynamic CDMA network such as in inter-vehicle communication, if finite spreading codes are assigned to each user, we can not avoid the collision of the same codes. The proposed system changes the spreading code using the code hopping technique every packet
