Abstract :
A two-input digital fuzzy operation unit is developed for fuzzy operations. Multilevel comparison look-ahead is introduced for fast fuzzy operations. The proposed digital fuzzy operation unit has nearly the same speed as the fast adder. Two different designs of multiple-input digital fuzzy operation unit are described, and a comparison of the two design styles is provided
