Abstract :
Papers submitted to the European Conference and Exhibition on Optical Communication (ECOC) should be considered archival and may be cited in other publications. Because an ECOC submission is a submission to a technical conference and an archival publication, ECOC papers may not appear in other publications or journals. Proper citation for the Technical Digest should be written in the following format: Name of Author (s), "Title of Paper," in European Conference and Exhibition on Optical Communication (ECOC) (Optical Society of America, Washington, DC, 2012), presentation number.
