Abstract :
Instant messenger is popularly used by students in colleges. But nearly no instant messaging software is designed specifically to facilitate the education needs. An instant messenger named IQU is introduced in this paper. The background techniques, system structure, implementation and related issues are discussed. Furthermore, the potent usage and influence of instant messaging on online education are discussed.
