Abstract :
In this paper, we use a decision analysis method that respects to linguistic multiple attribute decision-making problems with partial information of attribute weights to solve the main problem in the bidding stage of E-government project surveillance and evaluation. We have established an evaluation model through ideal point and triangular fuzzy number. Linguistic assessment information is transformed into the form of triangular fuzzy number. We calculate the distance between every bidding unit, use an optimization model to determine unknown attribute weights, and then get every fuzzy appraisal value to decision one best.
