  • Abstract
    The paper describes the development of an integrated software environment for the image processing of complex data captured by phase-sensitive SAW/BAW laser probe system. By the software using graphical user interface, efficient diagnosis of SAW/BAW devices is made possible. The developed software displays the amplitude and phase images of acquired results, and a motion movie of the field pattern. The 2D fast Fourier transform (FFT) and inverse FFT (IFFT) are performed just by clicking a related button on the interface. Prior to the FFT and/or IFFT operation, we can extract or withdraw specific data in x-y or betax-betay space by mouse operation on the image. This makes the wave domain analysis such as selective visualization of spurious resonance modes most handy.
