Abstract :
This approach is focused on developing new tools for more efficient energy management at the end user, by following the SCUC requirements and general electrical grid regulation. This approach consists of the applying the object oriented modeling method helped by Java and scalable vector graphics for building a user/consumer level SCUC (CL-SCUC). The designed system goal is intending to create more flexible decision system at end user/consumer level. By using this setup, in this paper, the end user is defined as a class object connected to the grid via data which are stored in a server database. All other objects in the system are interconnected in the same way, so the CL-SCUC is not forced to take into account all network configurations. With own Java function, it only read updated data from the server, runs subclasses functions and SVG objects for following the user established tasks: maintenance coordination; tariff administration; reliability coordination; long-term planning; interconnection studies
