Abstract :
Optimization of resource and schedule is important to programme management. The Optimization model of resource and schedule for resources-constrained programme is formed based on critical chain, and the corresponding genetic algorithms is designed for the model. In the model, Logical relations between projects and activities, relations between multi-mode execution of activity and allotted resources are considered. Finally, a case is computed to verify effectiveness of the model and feasibility of the solution method.
