Abstract :
PPP model is expected to solve the difficulty of finance in city village reconstruction. The risk of PPP project during its implementation becomes the key question of common concern for all the participants. There are more risks than common projects in PPP projects. The risk will be particularly analysed and the tactics of risk allocation will be effectively brought forward in the city village reconstruction PPP project to put forward an ecosystem evaluation index system.
