Abstract :
In this paper, we design a mechanism which can measure the affinity between knowledge and knowledge to execuate intelligent management of knowledge in an organization. Based on the affinity we get from the previous calculation, we can implement knowledge push to provide the right knowledge to the right person automatically. In order to calculate the affinity, several related matrixes are designed to record necessary information.
