Abstract :
Concrete Cracks will affect the durability of construction members, and even worse, will affect the bearing capacity. So in most cases, repairs should be made to concrete cracks. There is a variety of crack repair methods being used currently, and thus it is difficult to choose among many choices. Once choice of repair method is made wrong, cracks will occur again. This essay talks about the integrated repair and reinforcement method with the use of basalt fiber cement mortar and grouting. At the same time basalt fiber sheets will be pasted under the bottom of the beams in order to improve flexural capacity of members. Experimental results show that this method can not only enhance the crack resistance, stiffness, crack resistance, and but also effectively increase the flexural capacity and achieve an integrated performance in repair. Its economic benefits are better than the commonly used repair technologies.
