Abstract :
A need has been perceived by, Antron Electronics Ltd., for a low cost analogue integrated circuit test system that will enable test engineers, designers and Quality Assurance departments of electronic companies to evaluate, and validate, linear components. Particular emphasis is placed upon the ability of the end user to test devices under conditions that will reflect its target application. The CT1000 has been developed as an affordable alternative to specialist equipment that measures device parameters to levels of accuracy not demanded by typical goods inward verification. An IBM Personal Computer is used as the system controller, which communicates with the precision measuring circuitry by means of a plug-in I/O card
