Abstract :
The author discusses a novel method for improving and optimizing the performance of existing packet-switching networks (PSN). Decreasing the inefficient information transmission in the PSN is shown to be an efficient method of improving and optimizing the performance of PSNs. The basic theory for the optimization of PSN performance is presented, and the implementation of performance optimization is described
