  • Abstract
    A generic model for a successive approximation A/D converter is developed for Spice based simulators. The model incorporates different nonidealities such as offset error, power supply rejection ratio and differential nonlinearity to name a few. The design procedure presented can be used to model other architecture ADC´s also
