Abstract :
Leakage and corrosion of seawater from fracture zone have a significant impact on sub-sea tunnel due to the complexity of geology condition. Grouting is an important measure to consolidate fracture zone and prevent the leakage of sea-water. In order to get a good effect on controlling the high pressure water leakage in sub-sea tunnel, the application of durable grouting materials is an important factor. The paper introduces the conception of grouting durability and analyses all kinds of eroding factors to sub-sea tunnel grouting materials. Indoor experiments aiming at all durability targets are carried on. The results of experiments show the applicability of grouting materials in the subsea tunnel grouting project and provide guidance to some similar research on engineering materials.
