Abstract :
Aiming at the achievement of sustainable development of drinking water source areas in Tibet, the key elements of the ecological compensation for drinking water source areas are discussed by means of theoretical analysis, investigation and model calculation, which include the subject and object, the standards, the patterns and the capital sources. And corresponding ecological compensation mechanism accord with the actual situation of Tibet urban drinking water sources areas is established. This study, which specially pays more attention to how to promote the marketization and the diversification of compensation channels, provides new perspective and scientific reference for the construction and management of drinking water source areas in Tibet.
