Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present a new method for the development of medical data reviewing support systems based on hypermedia navigation, called the Hypermedia Adaptive Navigation Support (HANS) method. The latter is based on three conceptual schema the domain information, the navigational and the actors models, and on two XML-based application-oriented models related to data structuration and presentation. The result is the set-up of a data browsing system with user customization functionalities and adaptivity capabilities via user navigation profiles management
