Abstract :
The cage rotor is an important component of O-Sepa classifier. The different construction of case rotor affect directly on characteristic of classifier flow field. The structure is analyzed and numerical value model is built on O-Sepa classifier in the paper. FLUED soft is applied in the study. In order to investigate the effect of structural variations of bottom plate on flow field characteristics, four O-Sepa classifier models with different type bottom plate are analyzed and simulated by CFD. It is found that the different bottom plates have different flow field characteristics around the bottom plate. The structural variations of the bottom plate have some effect on the flow field in the annular region too.
