Abstract :
This paper focuses mainly on the general method of load demarcation for bogie force-measuring frame of high-speed locomotives. Taking 200km/h high-speed electric locomotive bogie frame as the case-study subject, force systems of force-measuring frame are decomposed into five basic force series: floating-sinking dynamic load, roll dynamic load, lateral dynamic load, torsion dynamic load and motor dynamic load. Then the load modes and load values are established. Based on the symmetry and anti-symmetry of structure and five types of loads, a suitable bridging form of frame load demarcation is selected. Therefore, schemes of dynamic load demarcation are analyzed and confirmed finally.
