  • Abstract
    Globalisation, scalar increase in organizations, rapid developments in information and communication technologies, the increase in educational possibilities and people´s abilities, creativity, and tendencies towards active interaction as well as the ongoing quest for the better prepared the ground for the change in organizational structures. Fractal organization is necessitated by the inability of traditional methods to account for the chaotic systems and the inability to optimize subsections that have nonlinear relations with each other. Fractal structure, which is one of the basic characteristics of the chaotic system, is a structure that develops on its own and is important for the organization of modern organizations. The fractal management organization which is studied in the scope of this paper is evaluated in a Turkish University.
