Abstract

It is significantly important to select an appropriate ICT for effective communication among members of a virtual team. Based on the "Technology Acceptance Model", this paper adopt the methods of conceptual modeling and empirical study to research ICT adoption model for virtual team, emphasize on the study of ICT applicability through AHP, and then use case study to verify them. This study could be used as a reference in selecting ICT before a virtual team is set up. Additionally, this model could also be used to evaluate the applicability of the adopted ICT for virtual team management.
