Abstract :
Correlation between innovation and remote experiment development is in fact correlation between practical experimentation and R&D development. In face to face learning the student employ one assembly for one experiment so that its inference rules are not developed too much. In the case of the remote experiment, the student has the possibility to access many assemblies for the same experiment, so that convergent thinking used in the face to face learning is moved towards divergent thinking with positive influence on his inference rules and innovation possibilities. In the paper we want to stress also the correlation between innovation and remote experiment sustained by the management of training process. In fact the decision of the remote experiment introduction in the curricula is a managerial decision. The management system of high education must accept that increasing innovativeness is not only individual asset but also a strategic decision of the existed management, with favorable results.
