Abstract :
Evolution of dehydrogenase activity was studied in the activated sludge of biological contact oxidation process for treating photographic waste water, different influence factors were considered such as temperature, content of pollutant, removal rate of pollutant, etc. the result indicated that dehydrogenase could represent the activity of activated sludge quickly and exactly, and it could be one of the important indication and control indicators which were used in the waste water treatment monitoring.
