Abstract :
In this paper, the structure and the characteristics of temperature control system of high altitude environmental simulation cabin are studied. In conventional approaches for temperature control of environmental simulation cabin, it is difficult to increase cooling rate and improve control precision, simultaneously. To overcome this difficulty, a lumped parameter model of low-temperature control system is established with the consideration of the dynamic-state characteristics of the environmental simulation cabin. A no-overshoot expert PID control method is integrated into the design of the temperature control system, which is simulated on the platform of MATLAB. By contrasting the simulated results with the experimental data, the validation of the lumped parameter model has been proved. Also, the expert PID control method has been demonstrated with the advantages of no-overshoot, fast response, high precision and great efficiency. The proposed methods for the simulation and the control system could be of help to the research on the control laws of environmental simulation cabin low-temperature control system.
