  • Abstract
    We review the preparation technology and applied research of free-standing TiO2 nanotube arrays films fabricated by anodization. The free-standing films are detached from Ti foil by employing the chemical etching, methanol evaporation induction, ultrasonic processing and preparation condition regulation, and the technological characteristics, film characters and their applied research are reviewed. At last, the research trends and applied inspections are prospected.
