Abstract :
Combining with the characteristics of thermo-electricity project, following the principles and methods of the evaluation index selection, this paper constructed the index system of slag-removal system plan evaluation in the thermo-electricity project from economic factors and technical factors. Taking this as the foundation, this paper then built the multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of slag-removal system plan. Finally, example of the thermo-electricity project in Xinjiang Changji is given to illustrate the scientific and impartiality of the model.
