Abstract :
This paper introduces geography information system (GIS) into intelligent decision support system (IDSS) and proposes a 4 database and 1 machine frame model. On this basis we design the target assignment intelligent decision support system (TAIDSS), realize the close combination of IDSS, GIS and decision-making model, then we propose an intelligent target assignment decision model which contains knowledge base subsystem, the model is divided into two layers, we consider both the overall interests of battle fleet and the specific condition of firepower unit. We adopt principles of reasoning machine to carry out expression and process of expert knowledge, thus improve the process and quality of decision-making. Simulation shows the model has fast calculation speed and reasonable result, can satisfy dynamic battlefield environment and real-time demand.
