            Abstract : 
Designing low noise, low power, very wide tuning range and small size circuit in one single chip is very challenging. This paper describes wide tuning range five-stage current starved voltage controlled ring oscillator (VCRO) which is designed on TSMC 0.18μm CMOS technology. The tuning range of proposed VCRO circuit is 69% and power consumption is 5.59mW.
