Abstract :
On the basis of study of the characters of tide wave and harmonious analysis, a functional neural network tidal prediction model which could achieve the long-term tidal prediction is proposed. This model is adopted to practical ECDIS tide information processing module, which realizes the tide information prediction inquire of any time in most of the ports in Chinese sea area, and ensures the ships navigating safely.
