  • Abstract
    The paper proposes a simple cascade estimation method to detect both carrier frequency and sampling clock offsets for orthogonal frequency-division multiplex (OFDM) systems. The new approach needs much less computation than the typical maximum likelihood (ML) method and generates a satisfactory estimate, which is validated by simulation results.
