Abstract :
This paper describes a 200 MHz inductorless low-noise amplifier (LNA) fabricated in a standard digital 0.35-μm AMS CMOS process. The LNA has been measured to have a noise figure of 2.6 dB and a 24 dB gain at 200 MHz. The input IP3 is -12 dBm.
