  • Abstract
    Wave data collected along a line of gages from 36 m to 2 m depths are used to study transformation of a storm wave field. The equilibrium range form proposed by Kitaigorodskii et al. is shown to fit the data. Spectral components on the forward face of the spectrum are shown to have marked increases during onshore winds.
