Abstract :
The relationship between a dual-channel and a single-channel filtering in a homomorphic multiplicative estimation filter is considered. The relationship is shown by algebraic manipulations of the transfer functions of the dual-channel and single-channel filters. A Class 1 algorithm is used since it is easier to manipulate. The advantages and disadvantages of each filtering type are discussed
