Abstract :
Moving target image recognition has more stringent requirements than stationary or slow changing image recognition, for instance, it must be robust under target motion, illumination change, perspective and aspect change. A description is presented of finite feature parameters that can show only the shape structural parameters of the objects in the image from the view of digital image processing. A special purpose system for image real-time processing is applied to automatic recognition of moving targets
