Abstract
According as software industry helps the competitiveness of other industries to reinforce, it is important to evaluate software firms from a competitive perspective. So this study presents an improved evaluation framework for evaluating the competitiveness of software firms. And the evaluation framework presented on this study will be tested on its effectiveness by conducting a case study on software firms.
