A New Method of Solving the Problem of Resource Islands

The phenomenon of Resource Island has a long history. Many researchers and experts from business have introduced several solutions from technical view, but the actual results are not satisfactory. Through analyzing the life cycle model and the flow model of digital learning objects, in the context of computer hardware technology and Internet developing further, we proposed a new method of solving the problem of Resource Island by social cooperation within teachers. And at last we analyzed the feasibility and the critical technology to be solved.
