Abstract :
Transmission characteristics of Frequency Selective Surface (FSS) of complex dense elements are analyzed in this paper. The complex elements composed of Y loop and Y geometries are closely packed in triangle form. Based on the spectral-domain method, this FSS structure was analyzed by selecting a new analytical element. It is shown that this complex dense FSS structure has dual-frequency and wide pass-band properties with better independence of polarization and incident angles.
