Abstract :
Wind energy is a kind of green energy. Wind power will fleetly develop in China, too. The technology for yaw system hasn´t been developed for a long time. Therefore, on this subject, the related research and design is reported in this thesis. Master controller uses the German Beckhoff soft PLC in the design process, yaw motor controller selects Siemens G120 frequency converter to reduce the yaw system vibration in harsh environments.TwinCAT programming software using the four parts of the yaw system: automatic yaw, automatic Cable release ,automatic lubrication, artificial yaw program is written.Finally,the software is compiled in the personal computer and downloaded to soft PLC. In online mode, the yaw system is monitored by the real-time visual picture of TwinCAT and shows good control effect in various states.
