Abstract :
Austin energy has the opportunity to better serve its key primary customers by focusing on its customers´ needs, improving power quality at its transmission and distribution levels, providing technical support and information, and establishing an open and honest daily interaction and communication with the customers. This paper discusses the power quality and reliability programs implemented by Austin Energy in both its transmission and distribution systems and the use of these programs by one of its industrial customers, Motorola.
