Abstract :
In this paper a new method for preventing angle instability of synchronous distributed generations (DGs) in a micro-grid is presented. The angle stability of synchronous DGs due to special contingencies is investigated and the appropriate input power for synchronous DGs for preventing instability is computed. In order to computing the appropriate mechanical input power of DGs the trajectory sensitivity approach is used. The verity of the proposed method is tested in a typical micro-grid test system.
