Abstract :
Faraday´s law of induction and Ampere´s law are the well-known originators of Maxwell´s equations. Those laws state the contribution of a stationary or moving surface to the electromagnetic field. However, when the environs contain a body which makes an oscillatory motion, those laws cannot give the surface induction. Extensions to EM theory are possible when na priori statement is added. Those a priorily stated extentions give additional terms in the two basic equations of Maxwell´s theory. The results give the opportunity to handle the electromagnetic waves in oscillatory mediums and are useful in predicting the unexpected variations in probabilistic mediums.
