Abstract :
The modular system splicing (MS2) module consists of a number of U-elements arranged in rows in a single plastic housing. When the module is crimped, it displaces the insulation on the conductor, terminates the conductors and cuts off excess wire in a single operation. The historical background leading up to the module development, the critical design issues and the requirements of the customer are examined
