Abstract

The coordinated development relationship between the oil and gas industry and the regional economy is one of the important contents of Heilongjiang Province sustainable development. The paper constructs an index system, using the principal component analysis method, to respectively evaluate the development status of the oil and gas industry and the regional economy, by SPSS12.0 and EXCEL. On this basis, the paper constructs a model, to quantitatively evaluate the coordinated development relationship.
